Berkowitz is Co-Chair of The Alliance of Los Angeles
Playwrights (ALAP), and former Los Angeles Regional
Rep of the Dramatists Guild of America, Inc., the
professional association of playwrights, composers,
and lyricists. His work has been produced off-Broadway,
at major regional theatres, and in colleges and
community theatres across the United States and
Canada. His plays and musicals are available for
production, and he personally is available for consultation
on writing, producing, and directing assignments.
